DISARANKAN: Sparfloxacin boleh menyebabkan dos yang berkaitan dengan perpanjangan itu BAGI selang dalam beberapa pesakit. Secara teori, coadministration dengan agen lain yang bisa memanjangkan BAGI selang boleh menyebabkan kesan aditif dan peningkatan risiko aritmia ventrikular termasuk torsade de pointes dan tiba-tiba mati. Torsade de pointes telah dilaporkan dalam beberapa pesakit menerima sparfloxacin sendirian dan dengan antiarrhythmic agen seperti amiodarone dan disopyramide.

PENGURUSAN: Coadministration dari sparfloxacin dengan ubat-ubatan lain yang bisa memanjangkan BAGI selang dianggap disarankan.
