Menggunakan PEMEtrexed bersama-sama dengan fenoprofen boleh meningkatkan kesan PEMEtrexed. MENYESUAIKAN DOS SELANG: Coadministration dengan ubat bukan steroid anti-inflamasi (Nsaid) boleh meningkatkan plasma kepekatan pemetrexed. Mekanisme tidak pernah digambarkan tapi mungkin berkaitan dengan NSAID menghalang buah pinggang prostaglandin. Gunakan Nsaid telah dikaitkan dengan nefropati dikategorikan sebagai ketinggian di serum peluang untuk bertemu muka dan BUN, tiub kebekuan, glomerulitis, ginjal papillary kebekuan, akut celahan radang buah pinggang, nefrotik sindrom, dan gagal ginjal. Sejak pemetrexed terutamanya dihapuskan tidak berubah dengan ginjal penyingkiran, coadministration dengan Nsaid boleh mengakibatkan ditangguhkan dan/atau menurun pelepasan. Setiap hari ibuprofen dos 400 mg empat kali sehari telah ditunjukkan untuk mengurangkan pemetrexed pelepasan sebanyak 20% pada pasien dengan biasa fungsi ginjal, sedangkan aspirin di 325 mg setiap 6 jam tidak. Kesan yang lebih tinggi dos ibuprofen atau aspirin adalah tidak diketahui.

PENGURUSAN: Ibuprofen pada 400 mg dan aspirin di 325 mg empat kali sehari, atau kurang, boleh digunakan dengan pemetrexed pada pasien dengan biasa fungsi ginjal. Bagaimanapun, awas dinasihatkan pada pasien dengan ringan untuk sederhana kekurangan buah pinggang (peluang untuk bertemu muka pelepasan 45 79 mL/min).
